2026 Executive Committee

Jay Theiler is executive vice president of corporate affairs for Agri Beef Co., a diversified business with operations in every step of the beef supply chain including ranching, cattle feeding, cattle nutrition and beef processing. Theiler joined Agri Beef in 2001 as marketing director. His responsibilities have included leading global brand development and marketing strategies, building e-commerce/on-line sales capabilities, developing value-added product opportunities and helping launch and grow the company’s diversified beef brands. His current duties revolve around the company’s strategic business initiatives, including the building of a modern, 500 head+/day beef plant in Jerome, Idaho, as well as company communications, public relations and legislative affairs. Theiler has chaired the USMEF Exporter Committee, is a past director of the Idaho Beef Council and has served on the Beef Industry Long Range Plan Task Force.

As president of Bruntz Farming & Feeding, Inc. in southeast Nebraska, Dave Bruntz farms irrigated corn, soybeans and cattle feed with his brother and eldest son. Dave served on the Nebraska Corn Board for 9 years with 3 of those years as chairman, as well as he is a past president of Nebraska Cattlemen and served as region 7 Vice President of NCBA.

Darin Parker is the President of Parker Migliorini International, LLC (PMI Foods), a global enterprise that supplies an extensive range of food products to all major international markets. Founded in Salt Lake City, PMI Foods maintains 30 global offices strategically located in the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Oceania. With over 650 employees worldwide, PMI Foods provides products to customers in more than 60 countries. PMI Foods operates on several platforms, including: PMI Global Solutions, managing product procurement, sales, and logistics; PMI Distribution; supplying the needs of global wholesale markets; and PMI Food Service, focusing on personalized services and customer-specific adaptation of products and packaging. Darin is a graduate of the University of Utah, with degrees in economics and Spanish literature. He and his wife, Rachelle, have 5 daughters and reside in Salt Lake City.

Ross Havens is a cattle producer who serves as marketing manager for Nichols Farms in Bridgewater, Iowa. In this role, Ross works to produce and market beef genetics that will add value to his commercial customers’ herds. He has been active in numerous beef industry associations and serves as a director of the Iowa Cattlemen’s Foundation.
