USMEF Media Call from Japan on Thursday, Sept. 5

The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) will conduct a media conference call on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time, featuring U.S. ag industry leaders who will be in Japan as part of USMEF's Heartland Team. The group is visiting Tokyo and Sendai Sept. 1-7.

The conference call will feature opening remarks from:

Dan Halstrom, USMEF president and CEO
Cevin Jones, Idaho cattle feeder and USMEF chair-elect
Dean Meyer, Iowa Corn Growers Association director and USMEF Executive Committee member
Dave Preisler, Minnesota Pork Board CEO
