USMEF Awards Dr. Keith Belk With Distinguished Service Award

Dr. Belk said access issues are the major challenges for meat exports, but can be overcome.

              

Dr. Belk comments on the recent framework Under Secretary J.B. Penn negotiated to reopen beef trade with Japan.
