U.S. beef is back in Taiwan after being banned in December 2003. As the first shipments arrived in Taipei on April 24, the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) started celebrating with U.S. beef retail and restaurant promotions and re-launch festivities. This video news release was developed from this experience.

The U.S. Meat Export Federation is the trade association responsible for developing international markets for the U.S. red meat industry and is funded by USDA, exporting companies, and the beef, pork, corn, sorghum and soybean checkoff programs.
