The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) works to build international demand for U.S. red meat by increasing opportunities in existing and expanding markets. The following video news releases were developed to highlight USMEF activities worldwide and U.S. meat opportunities in Mexico and Japan.

(1:58): USMEF celebrates 30 years in working to build U.S. red meat exports, helping increase opportunities for U.S. producers. USMEF tells the story of the U.S. red meat industry to international consumers.

(1:31): USMEF foodservice and retail promotions are working to build demand for U.S. beef and pork in Mexico. USMEF works with restaurant chefs and retailers to increase market opportunities for U.S. meat.

(1:42): U.S. beef is back in Japan and USMEF is pleased with the reception to the product from Japanese consumers. The USMEF campaign called “We Care” to assures consumers and the trade that U.S. beef is a high quality, safe product that can be purchased with confidence.

The U.S. Meat Export Federation is the trade association responsible for developing international markets for the U.S. red meat industry and is funded by USDA, exporting companies, and the beef, pork, lamb, corn, sorghum and soybean checkoff programs.
