Suggested Lead: More than 250 meat and livestock industry professionals are in Cancun, Mexico, this week to develop meat export plans for the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF). John Bellinger of Agri-West International in San Antonio, Tex., is the USMEF chair. He says having the meeting in Cancun makes a lot of sense.
