Suggested Lead: Jon Caspers, a pork producer from North Central Iowa, was elected vice chair of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) at the organization’s annual meeting in Cancun, Mexico, last week. Caspers believes exports have had a great impact on the pork industry.
