According to Dan Dierschke, a cow/calf producer from Austin, Texas, during the ups and downs the U.S. beef industry has gone through in the past years, one constant remains: the valuable efforts of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) to increase beef access and demand in export markets.

Dierschke, who serves on the USMEF executive committee, says USMEF is a success story that more beef producers should know.
