USMEF Showcases U.S. Meat On A Large Scale At Premier Food Show
USMEF is participating in the Food & Hotel Vietnam 2005 exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City by showcasing an expanded range of U.S. beef products and providing samples of U.S. pork products that USMEF markets to the foodservice trade in Vietnam.
“Our booth is bigger this year, and we have a wider product range of U.S. beef in addition to samples of U.S. pork,” said USMEF Director, ASEAN Eric Choon. “We are participating in this year’s show on a larger scale than last year to ride the momentum of the trade’s interest in U.S. meat products.”
The three-day event ends Saturday and is held at the Ho Chi Minh International Exhibition and Convention Centre (HIECC). It provides a central place for food and hospitality businesses to make contacts with the fast-rising food retail and tourism sectors in Vietnam.
It draws more than 8,000 visitors, including food retailers, suppliers, distributors and manufacturers, as well as institutional caterers, consultants and management teams of hospitality outlets such as hotels, restaurants and bars.
