USMEF Seminars Aim to Reduce Export Documentary Errors

USMEF will offer three Export Document Seminars this fall to help supervisors train employees to properly fill out export documents and reduce costly errors.  The seminars, scheduled in California, Georgia and Nebraska, will concentrate on eliminating recurring export document errors and problems in specific markets.  In addition, they will suggest corrective and preventive measures that U.S. exporters can use to avoid chronic issues.  Alejandra Valdez, USMEF Monterrey manager, technical services, and staff from the USMEF-Denver’s export services department will conduct the seminars.

More information on seminar venues and hotels will be published in the coming weeks, but the seminar dates are as follows:

  • Atlanta – Tuesday, October 20
  • Omaha – Wednesday October 21
  • San Francisco – Thursday October 22
