With nearly all markets open to U.S. beef, the BSE issue is moving behind us. Additionally, greater purchasing power worldwide means more opportunities to boost U.S. beef export sales.

USMEF and NCBA Beef Innovations Group (BIG) have identified new ways to market U.S. beef chuck and round. USMEF is offering a free marketing seminar designed for packers, processors and purveyors. The seminar will take place July 25-26 at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo.
