Requirements For Grading Terms On Meat Product Labeling

USDA recently issued instructions regarding the correct use of grading terms on meat items or packages at all marketing levels to ensure the accuracy of grading terms on meat product labeling. These requirements will be effective Jan. 7, 2007.
