U.S. Pork Featured at Major Food Show in Shenzhen, China

A general session presentation by USMEF China Director Polly Zhao, an onsite seminar and cooking demonstrations were among the tactics used to feature U.S. pork at the Anuga Select Food Show in Shenzhen, China, home to nearly 13 million people. Four U.S. pork importers joined the USMEF booth to display product and meet with potential buyers. Funding support for the event was provided by United Soybean Board.
