U.S. Pork Ambassador Program in Japan Focuses on Thick-cut Loins
With a special emphasis on thick-cut loin, USMEF launched a special project in Japan that shares information about the versatility and flavor of U.S. pork via chefs and a team of social media influencers.
Funded by the National Pork Board, the “American Pork Ambassador” project features 100 influencers and Instagrammers designated as just that – ambassadors of U.S. pork who are encouraged to spread positive messages about the product.
The project’s website can be viewed

The website for the U.S. Pork Ambassador Program includes recipes and educational materials for various cuts, including thick-cut U.S pork loin

- June: Father’s Day/home party (thick cut loin)
- July: Pork cutlet and Day of the Ox in midsummer (thick cut loin)
