Transitional Beef Certificate for EU Extended Through Nov. 30
Transitional Beef Certificate for EU Extended Through Nov. 30
The European Union has extended the transitional period for its new beef certificate to Nov. 30, 2010, as it works to finalize a new version.
The USDA will make the new certificate available upon its completion. Also please note that the EU will consider Nov. 30 to be a certification date, rather than an arrival date. Any products certified before Dec. 1, 2010, must arrive by May 31, 2011.
If you have any questions, please contact Courtney Heller at cheller@usmef.org or 303-623-6328.
