USDA Updates Export Requirements To Include Beef
USDA updated export requirements for beef destined to South Korea. Boneless beef less than 30 months of age from animals born in the United States or legally imported from Mexico and resident in the United States for at least 100 days prior to slaughter on or after Sept. 11 are eligible. Beef only can come from approved plants that follow the export verification program for South Korea.
