South Korea

U.S. Beef Exporters Must Comply With Additional Process Control

Due to ineligible product discovered with conforming product in U.S. beef shipments to Korea, U.S. companies are required to strengthen their quality management systems by including an additional process control to ensure only boneless product is included in beef shipments to Korea.

All U.S. beef companies eligible to export product to Korea must read, review and implement this process control. To do so, see the EV Program for Korea - Clarification Statement released today by USDA Agricultural Marketing Service.
