All Ports Of Entry Using Combined Pork Exporter List

Russian veterinary officials in Moscow have notified all Russian ports of entry by letter that lists of approved United States pork slaughter and retail facilities from 2005 have been combined into one list of approved facilities for processing or retail sale. The combined list will be used at all Russian ports of entry. To view this list, go to http://www.fsis.usda.gov/ofo/export/lrupork.htm.

Also starting today, U.S. exporters must use the new edition (11/16/2006) of FSIS 9450-3, Veterinary Certificate for Frozen Pork Meat and By-Products Exported into the Russian Federation for Processing or Retail Sale, to certify products.
