Reminder: File Form 9080-3 by April 15 for Processed Meats to Russia

As USMEF informed members last week, the government of Russia is requiring an official list of all U.S. establishments that export processed meat products to Russia. The U.S. government has committed to supply Russia with an initial list by May 1.

While the list can be updated after May 1, companies must complete and file Form 9080-3 by April 15 to be included on the initial list. Form 9080-3 can be obtained from your inspector-in-charge.

This requirement is now included in the FSIS Export Library.

Russia’s veterinary and sanitary requirement for processed meats is available online. Please contact the USMEF Export Services Department at 303-623-6328 with any questions.
