The 2019 USMEF Latin American Product Showcase will be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico from June 26-27, 2019. Now in its ninth year, the showcase is the premier event for connecting exporters of U.S. beef, pork and lamb with buyers from Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Last year’s showcase was the largest to date: 190 meat buyers from 20 countries throughout the Latin American Region. Fifty-four USMEF members networked with other industry professionals, attended educational seminars and held one-on-one business meetings. This year’s event will be held at El San Juan Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. An initial agenda, room rates and other information are available online. Processed Meats Session at NAMI Annual Meat Conference

USMEF members who have research or trends information to share about processed meats are invited to a USMEF “Going Further with Processed Meats” session directly following the North American Meat Institute's Annual Meat Conference in Dallas on Tuesday, March 5 from 12:00–4:00 p.m.
