Published: Aug 26, 2016

Chad Russell, USMEF regional director for Mexico, Central America and the Dominican Republic, will retire from the organization at the end of 2016, concluding more than 10 years of dedicated service.

“Chad has delivered smart, steady leadership to USMEF’s programs and operations in the region and has been instrumental in expanding the presence of U.S. red meat in Latin America,” said USMEF President and CEO Philip Seng. “Chad will be missed by USMEF and its members, but we wish him all the best in the next chapter in his life.”

USMEF will provide more details this fall on the transition of leadership for the region. In the meantime, all staff members in the region continue in their current roles.

“It has been an honor and a pleasure to work with USMEF members and staff, I want to thank the organization for giving me such a wonderful opportunity,” Russell said.
