Haggard discusses expanded access for U.S. beef in China, as negotiated in the U.S.-China "Phase One" trade agreement. The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) recently updated its Export Library for China to allow exports from more U.S. beef plants, and from a wider range of U.S. cattle.
