Beef Tongue Now Eligible For Export To The Philippines

The Philippines, which already allows U.S. boneless beef from cattle under 30 months and protein-free tallow and opened its market to tripe last month, will now allow beef tongue from the U.S. and Canada. Both tongue and tripe must come from cattle under 30 months of age.  Details are in the FSIS Export Library.
