Philippine Government Plans Pork Tender Sept. 30

The government of the Philippines will hold a tender for 4,000 metric tons (8.8 million pounds) of pork on Sept. 30, 2009, in Manila. Eligible supplying countries include the U.S., Australia and Canada. Details of the tender, including cuts, specifications and bid procedures, can be found at:
