USMEF Guidelines To Help U.S. Meat Exporters
USMEF has developed export guidelines to provide useful information and tips to expedite the entry process of U.S. meat into Mexico. These guidelines describe common border procedures, answers to common questions, verification process information, verification locations and an overview of Mexico’s food governing agency SENASICA.
“The information in this publication is designed to help exporters of U.S. red meat avoid customs and inspection clearance problems at entry points along the United States-Mexico border,” said Chad Russell, USMEF regional director of Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
To request a copy of the Mexico Export Guidelines, contact USMEF Mexico Director, Technical Services Dr. Nelson Huerta or USMEF Manager, Export Services Courtney Heller.
