Comments On Antidumping Review Must Be Made By June 6

On April 26, Mexico announced it would initiate a review of how it applies compensatory duties on U.S. beef exporters as a result of its antidumping action. The review relates to U.S. beef exported to Mexico in 2004. All interested parties wishing to submit comments must do so in 28 working days after the announcement, which, taking Cinco de Mayo into consideration, means by June 6.
