Beef Exports Now Require AMS EV Program Statement On FSIS Form 9060-6

The Documentation section of the Export Requirements for Mexico in the FSIS Export Library was updated Nov. 21 to include that beef establishments approved by AMS to export beef and beef products to Mexico under an Export Verification program must add to FSIS Form 9060-6 the following statement: "The product was produced under an Export Verification (EV) program that was audited and approved by the United States Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service."
