Beef Derived From Canada Destined For Mexico Requires Additional Documentation

For boneless beef and boneless beef products (excluding trimmings) derived from Canadian beef, FSIS Form 9060-5 must accompany the product and include statements provided by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency on the Annex A-9 form. These statements can be provided in the "Remarks" section of the form or on an FSIS letterhead certificate.
