Mexican Authorities Dismiss Request For A Pork Safeguard Investigation

In today's Official Gazette, Mexican authorities dismissed the request for a pork safeguard investigation on the following items: hams, picnics, bone-in meats, carcasses and half carcasses, fresh, frozen or refrigerated as well as others (such as hams, picnics, bone-in meats, ribs, boston butt), fresh and refrigerated, in tariff schedules: 0203.11.01, 0203.12.01, 0203.19.99, 0203.21.01, 0203.22.01and 0203.29.99 originating from Canada and the United States.
