Meatingplace Spotlights U.S. Beef Exports to Central & South America
The August issue of Meatingplace magazine includes a feature article discussing the growth in U.S. beef exports to Central and South America. The article notes that in Central America, a rapidly growing retail sector and duty-free access through CAFTA-DR has helped expand the presence of U.S. beef. South America also offers growth potential, but mainly in the FTA countries of Colombia, Chile and Peru.
