EU Updates Conformance Verification Checklist

The European Union has updated the Conformance Verification Checklist — FSIS Form 9100-1— required for meat and poultry establishments seeking approval to export to the EU.

The updated form and an explanation of the current plant approval requirements are available in the FSIS Export Library. Exporters should note that the Conformance Verification Checklist has been revised to reflect Section II (Facility, Equipment, and Procedural Requirements) of the current Export Library requirements, but no new revisions have been made to Section II.
