USMEF plans to offer a seminar so distributors can learn more about different U.S. meat cuts, grades, attributes and qualities.U.S. meat suppliers will be able to exhibit products and supply information to potential distributors who are ready to purchase U.S. pork and beef at the event. The deadline to sign up for displaying products at this event is Wednesday, July 26.
