No Photocopies In Export Documents

Exporters cannot use photocopies of export documents for product destined for the People's Republic of China.  Export documents for product going to China are required to be on FSIS original watermark paper, and importers will have to return the product or redirect it to another country if the export documents are photocopies.  FSIS is notifying its personnel that all export documents for China are to be original documents on watermark paper.
