USMEF Members Invited To Participate In Food Seminar

USMEF members are invited to participate in a seminar and small trade show June 27 in St. Maarten held in conjunction with USA Poultry & Egg Export Council, U.S. Dairy Export Council and the Wine Institute.

Chef Instructor Lars Kronmark of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone will feature five culinary themes: tapas, hot pot, beyond the filet, low and slow cooking and cheese courses. Products from members will be incorporated into the themes and wine will be paired with each course.

USMEF members can participate in the trade show in order to visit with chefs, food and beverage representatives and importers during breaks scheduled throughout the seminar. Foodservice importers and chefs from Anguilla, St. Barts and Aruba also will attend the seminar.

To participate in this event or for more information, contact USMEF Caribbean consultant Elizabeth Wunderlich by e-mail at wunderlc@hctc.net or by phone at (830) 997-6319.
