Caribbean Island Group Opens To U.S. Beef

St. Vincent and the Grenadines, a Caribbean archipelago north of Venezuela, has reopened its market to U.S. beef. The island group now allows beef and beef products from all federally approved U.S. plants provided certain statements pertaining to such regulations as those applying to specified risk material, feeding and foot-and-mouth disease are included on the export certificate or on Food Safety And Inspection Service (FSIS) letterhead.
