Less Than 30 Months Of Age Program Required For Beef
Boneless beef and boneless beef meat products (including ground beef and beef suet) from animals less than 30 months of age must be produced under an approved AMS Export Verification (EV) Less Than 30 (LT30) months of age program to be eligible for export to Barbados.

Dominican Republic
Export Certificate Requirements For Beef Change
For beef (including veal) destined for the Dominican Republic, specific certification statements noted in the export requirements must be included in the "Remarks" section of FSIS Form 9060-5 or on a FSIS Letterhead Certificate.
Starting Dec. 11, a Statement of Verification letter from AMS is no longer required to sign the FSIS export certificate. AMS will no longer issue the letter for Dominican Republic as of that date. All other EV program requirements for Dominican Republic remain in effect.
