Japan minister sorry on Mexico but upbeat on FTAs
Japan's trade minister Shoichi Nakagawa said on Friday he was sorry about failed trade talks with Mexico but remained upbeat about concluding more free trade agreements (FTAs) with its Asian neighbors.
