U.S. beef gaining foothold in emerging Chinese market
U.S. beef exports to China and Hong Kong have soared this year as rising incomes, an expanding foodservice industry, tight Chinese supplies and favorable U.S. prices have combined to boost demand, according to the U.S. Meat Export Federation.
