Meat Exports on Decline with Outbreak of Foot-and-Mouth Disease
The nation's meat exports have posted a steep decline over the past several years as its pork exports to Japan have been suspended since 2000 due to the outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in 2000, the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) said Tuesday.
