ConAgra sweetened feeding, meat packing deal with $300 million loan
ConAgra Foods Inc. helped seal the sale of its fresh beef and pork processing and feeding operations last year with a $300 million loan to the consortium that took over the operation, according to financial documents filed Jan. 9 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
