TOKYO, Jan 20 (Reuters) - Japan's latest case of mad cow disease, its sixth, has rekindled food safety concerns but will have little impact on the slow and steady pace of recovery in beef demand, industry officials said on Monday. Japan confirmed at the weekend that a Holstein cow from the northernmost island of Hokkaido had tested positive for the disease. It was the sixth case since the scourge was discovered in the country in September 2001 and the first since last August.
