AgTC: 2010 Annual OceanCarrier Performance Survey
The Agriculture Transportation Coalition (AgTC) is conducting its annual survey of the performance of ocean carriers. The coalition urges members to participate since carriers often improve their performances after receiving constructive criticism from shippers.
This year's survey will reflect AgTC member views on the carriers’ customer service, "no doc, no load," making bookings, fulfilling bookings, providing accurate and timely documentation, accessibility and interest in solving problems.
The "Top 5" will be publicly released at the AgTC Annual Conference in San Francisco dinner on June 10. The full results (the rankings of all carriers) will be released to AgTC members only.
