Chef Rika Yukimasa prominently features U.S. beef in her recipes and social media posts on Japanese cuisine. The celebrity chef recently spent a week touring ranches, restaurants and butcher shops in South Dakota with the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) and the South Dakota Beef Council. Video of her interactions with ranch families and chefs will be used to promote U.S. beef in Japan over the coming year.
