Monthly and year-to-date export data are compiled from monthly releases provided by USDA. At the end of the year, USDA revises export data to include shipments that were registered after the end of the month or misclassified at the time of export. These revisions, called 13th month data, are used to calculate the official export statistics. For official export data, please refer to the historical statistics or the U.S. Trade Internet System at http://www.fas.usda.gov/ustrade/.
